What this site is

An informational site about the BIM model audit service. Its content is general and commercial in nature: it does not constitute technical, legal or professional advice applicable to any particular project.

The sample report and the figures

The report that can be opened from this site, and every figure shown in it and on the page, correspond to the company's own reference model, which is deliberately modified to trigger findings and exercise the checks.

The measurements are real, but they are not any client project and they do not anticipate the result another model would get. Every file gives its own result.

What the audit is not

Worth stating here in the same words the report uses. The audit:

• Is not a structural design review. It does not verify loads, sizing, reinforcement or code compliance. That is the designer’s responsibility.
• Does not certify quantities and is not an expert appraisal.
• Is not clash detection between disciplines: it audits a single model.
• Does not guarantee the absence of errors. It identifies findings and risk patterns within the audited scope, and the geometric checks work on samples declared in each report.

The form is not a contract

Submitting the form is a contact request. It creates no contractual relationship and binds neither party. The scope, conditions and price of any work are agreed in writing and separately.

Permitted use

You may read, download and print the content of this site to evaluate the service. You may not use it for your own commercial purposes, alter it, or present it as work not belonging to the company.

You may not attempt to access non-public parts of the site, interfere with its operation or submit automated data through the form.

Intellectual property

The TENSHO INGENIERÍA brand, the site, its texts, images, the interactive three-dimensional model, the report format and the analysis engine that produces them belong to TENSHO INGENIERIA S.A.C. or are used under licence. Reproduction requires prior written authorisation.

This site links to the company's LinkedIn page. We do not control its content or its policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the information is free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information published here where that use is not supported by contracted work.

Personal data

The processing of the data you send through the form is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Cercado de Lima, Peru.
