Who is responsible

TENSHO INGENIERIA S.A.C., domiciled in Lima, Peru, is the controller of the personal data bank formed by the requests received through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, plus one technical item:

• Full name, work email, company, role and country. These are required: without them we cannot reply or understand the context of the enquiry.
• Phone or WhatsApp, if you prefer to be contacted that way. Optional.
• Project and message, if you choose to tell us more. Optional.
• The IP address the form was sent from. We do not ask for it: the server records it, and it is used to limit automated submissions. We do not use it to profile anyone.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads no third-party resources. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels and no social buttons reporting your visit. Typefaces are served from our own domain, so not even Google learns that you were here.

If that ever changes, this policy will change first.

What we use it for

Only to handle your request: to reply, to understand whether the service applies to your project and, if we move forward, to coordinate the work.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list and we do not sell, rent or transfer it to third parties.

On what basis

On your consent, given freely, in advance, expressly and informed when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Who else processes it on our behalf

Two providers are needed for the site to work. They act as processors and may only handle the data under our instructions:

• Google LLC — the email with your request arrives in Google Workspace and is recorded in a company Google Sheet.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts the site and runs the function that receives the form.

International transfer

Both providers keep their servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States and the European Union. By submitting the form you accept that cross-border flow, which is necessary to provide the service.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access your data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it or object to its processing. You may also ask that it be processed only in part, or withdraw your consent.

Write to info@tenshoingenieria.com from the address you contacted us with, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the periods set by law.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may turn to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, under the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.

Security

The site is always served encrypted. The credentials for the systems where requests are stored do not live in the site code, and access is restricted to the people who handle enquiries.

No system is infallible: we apply reasonable measures, not absolute guarantees.

Minors

This is a service aimed at companies. We do not request or knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we amend this policy we will update the date in the header. Changes affecting how we process data already collected will be notified by email to those concerned.
